About Tully Markets

This July Tully Markets, LLC celebrates two successful years!  With four Western and English Atlanta (WEA) shows under our belts, we are venturing into the inviting Texas market with the creation of Western Apparel & Tack – Texas (WAT-Texas).  However, to understand the excitement that the future holds for Tully Markets, you first have to appreciate our remarkable beginnings.

Fearing that there would be no Western market in the Atlanta area in the fall of 2006 after the previous Atlanta organization dissolved, Roger Tully began his search for a venue with the help and encouragement of other long time vendors.  In 4 short weeks, Tully had booked his self-imposed goal of having 100 booths by August 1st, and the September market was a go!  In addition, Tully Markets elected to “absorb” the cost of all vendors who had previously paid their money to SWEEA for the September show.  Each of the successive markets has grown in scope and space with over 500 lines expected for the September 2008 market!   Before the September market opens, WEA will also celebrate the 2nd annual WEA/Tack-n-Togs Charity Golf Tournament to support the Memphis Lynn Lafferty Trust Fund on September 18, 2008.

Our owner Roger Tully is a manufacturers’ rep. with close to forty years of show experience.  He has served on numerous show boards during that time in almost every position.  His current lines include Smoky Mountain Boots, Rogers-Whitley Belts and White Horse Apparel among others.  He is a husband to Joyce Tully and a father to two grown daughters and one son-in-law (Stephanie Tully and Allyson & Mike Clifford) who all lend their distinct experiences and personalities to each of Tully Markets’ ventures.   Most importantly, he is a proud new grandfather to Madelyn Elise Clifford.

Tully Markets, LLC is committed to maintaining the highest level of communication with vendors and retailers for the next and future shows in the Atlanta and Texas markets.  We will strive to meet the needs of our customers.  We will remain open to suggestions and comments about improvements that can be made to both WEA and WAT-Texas with the hope to make our markets the best in the industry!
